Wholesale after-Sales Rules

1. Replacement of Damaged Fault Table

If There Is No Feedback Within 7 Days after the Express Delivery Is Signed, the Default Products Are All Good.

If there are more than 10 issues with orders within 2 months, please contact customer service for exchange. The return postage will be covered by us (the seller)

If less than 10 items have been accumulated, the buyer is responsible for the exchange postage; orders older than 2 months will not be processed for exchange.

In order to provide customers with products at a more competitive price point, we operate on a low-cost and low-profit basis. When the quantity of watches is small, the shipping cost may exceed the value of the product itself. We kindly ask for your understanding.

2. Replacement of Non-Fault Tables

If the Product Is Not a Quality Problem (Including Minor Defects) and Needs to Be Replaced, Replace the Same Product with Different Colors Or Other Styles According to the following Discount Price:

Within One Month of the Order, It Shall Be Calculated at 10% off the Value of the Goods, and the Postage for Replacement Shall Be Borne by the Buyer;

the Order Is Calculated as 20% off of the Value of the Goods Within 2 Months, and the Replacement Postage Shall Be Borne by the Buyer;

Within 3 Months of the Order, the Replacement Postage Shall Be Borne by the Buyer.

Orders over 3 Months Are Not Processed after Sales.

If the Number of Exchanges Exceeds 500, Or the Number of Exchanges Exceeds 50% of the Corresponding Order Quantity, Or the after-Sales Style Is Clearance Style, No Return Or Exchange Will Be Processed.
